These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of God Is Not Out (the “App”), owned and operated by Epiphyte Gens LLC, a limited liability company registered in Miami, Florida, USA.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The App allows users to:
- Block selected apps during defined timeframes
- Be prompted to submit personal input before unlocking apps
- Receive AI-generated messages based on Bible principles
- Track engagement and behavioral patterns
- Interact with motivational and spiritual content
The App may use:
- Screen Time APIs (iOS)
- Usage Access permissions (Android)
- Accessibility Services (Android, if enabled)
- Overlay permissions (Android)
- Microphone access (voice input)
- Location services (if enabled)
You acknowledge these permissions are required for core functionality.
3. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- Selecting which apps to block
- Configuring schedules and lock rules
- Deciding when and how to provide input to unlock apps
- The content you submit into the App
You acknowledge that:
- App blocking may restrict access to important apps
- Misconfiguration may limit access temporarily
- Unlocking requires intentional interaction
- The App is a tool, not a guarantee of behavior change
We are not responsible for outcomes related to your productivity, habits, or spiritual life.
4. User Inputs & AI-Generated Content
You retain ownership of all content you submit.
By using God Is Not Out, you agree that:
- You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your inputs solely to operate and improve the App
- Your inputs may be analyzed to generate personalized messages
- AI-generated messages are automated outputs inspired by Biblical context
You agree not to:
- Submit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content
- Use the App to generate misleading or harmful material
We reserve the right to remove or restrict content that violates these Terms.
5. Spiritual & Informational Disclaimer
God Is Not Out provides:
- Motivational
- Reflective
- Spiritually inspired content based on the Bible
However:
- The App does not provide religious counseling, pastoral care, or professional advice
- AI-generated messages are not guaranteed to be theologically accurate or personalized guidance from a religious authority
- Content should not replace professional, medical, psychological, or spiritual counsel
6. No Guarantee of App Blocking or Behavioral Outcomes
While God Is Not Out is designed to guide behavior:
- We do not guarantee complete or uninterrupted app blocking
- Device limitations, OS changes, or user actions may affect functionality
- Users may bypass restrictions through system-level actions
We do not guarantee:
- Increased productivity
- Behavioral change
- Emotional or spiritual outcomes
7. Microphone & Voice Input
If you use voice input:
- Audio may be processed to convert speech into text
- Only transcribed text is stored unless explicitly stated
- We do not guarantee transcription accuracy
You are responsible for reviewing your inputs.
8. Location-Based Features
If enabled:
- You consent to the use of location data
- Location is used for feature functionality and security
You may disable location access at any time.
We are not responsible for inaccuracies in location data.
9. Accounts & Authentication
You may access God Is Not Out through:
- Google Sign-In
- Sign in with Apple
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining account confidentiality
- All activity under your account
- Notifying us of unauthorized access
10. Subscriptions & Payments
God Is Not Out may offer free and paid features.
If you purchase a subscription:
- Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
- You must manage cancellations through your store account
- Refunds are governed by Apple or Google policies
We do not process payments directly.
11. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Reverse-engineer or exploit the App
- Bypass or disable blocking mechanisms
- Misuse system permissions
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
- Manipulate engagement or analytics
Violations may result in suspension or termination.
12. Intellectual Property
All App content, including:
- Design
- Branding
- Software
- AI-generated structures
Are owned by Epiphyte Gens LLC.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without authorization.
13. Data & Privacy
Your use of God Is Not Out is governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the App, you acknowledge that:
- Your inputs are processed for AI-generated responses
- App usage and device data are collected
- Tracking technologies may be used (with consent where required)
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You violate these Terms
- You misuse system permissions
- Required by law
- We discontinue the App
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the App ends immediately
- You may request deletion of your data
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
God Is Not Out is provided:
“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”
We make no guarantees regarding:
- Accuracy of AI-generated messages
- Theological correctness
- Reliability of app blocking
- Continuous or error-free operation
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Epiphyte Gens LLC shall not be liable for:
- Loss of data
- Loss of access to apps
- Emotional or spiritual distress
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Device conflicts or malfunctions
Your sole remedy is to stop using the App.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Epiphyte Gens LLC from any claims arising from:
- Your misuse of the App
- Your submitted content
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of third-party rights
18. Changes to the Service
